A message to our lottery players
To all of our supporters who play our weekly lottery, thank you. We’re working hard to ensure that the weekly draw continues.
Your support is vital, now more than ever before! We must ensure that we continue to provide patient care and family support, during these difficult and unprecedented times. Our patients still need us.
From July, we reinstated some of our cash rounds. If you are a cash player and your round hasn’t started yet, you will receive a letter regarding collections in your area during September. Due to either a Collector or a member of their household shielding, it may not be possible to reinstate all cash rounds. If you’d like to play and pay another way, why not give us a call on (0116) 231 8430 or sign up online.
Please note, the Lottery office will remain open, but with limited staff during this time. If we are forced to close, then the answerphone will be on for messages to be left. These messages will be picked up periodically. You can e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, this will also be monitored during office hours.
