The LOROS HUG

HAVE YOUR SAY

Join the LOROS HUG!

The Hospice User Group (HUG) is a friendly, informal meeting for people who are using, or who have recently used any services provided by LOROS.

We want to provide an opportunity for people to share their thoughts, ideas and views on how we can make our hospice a better place for patients and families. This may involve sharing ideas on projects that LOROS is involved in or reviewing aspects of our services.

What’s involved?

  • Attending meetings three times a year (January, May, September).

  • Having your say in how we do things and how we can improve.

  • Helping, if you want to, with simple surveys designed to make patients and families experience of our services better.

Why is this important?

We are keen to hear your views first hand. We want this group to help create a culture of partnership, participation and collaboration in our decision-making. Your thoughts are key to making this happen.
