5th-11th October 2020 was national Hospice Care Week, an annual awareness-raising week of activities to help raise the profile of hospice care across the UK.
All week we looked at the real impact of our care on patients and their families.
Life has been uncertain and unfamiliar, yet people have come together to help family and friends, to care for the most vulnerable and to protect our NHS.
We’re here doing just that.
We’re here making a difference and we want to show how.
