Salary range £27,260 to £32,525 per annum (depending on experience). Full time 37.5 hours per week. Current NHS pension scheme members can continue in the scheme under LOROS’ direction body status and NHS service will be taken into consideration in relation to annual leave entitlement
Do you want a new and exciting challenge? Are you interested in specialising in palliative care?
We are looking for a motivated, experienced and forward thinking Occupational Therapist to work as part of our enablement team, providing holistic, specialist Occupational Therapy assessments, interventions and treatment planning for people with life limiting conditions. You will work collaboratively alongside our established Palliative Care Multi-Disciplinary Team, patients, their family and carers within our In-Patient, Day Therapy and Out-Patient areas.
To be considered for the post you will need to be an Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC. You should be innovative and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have a sound clinical background and ideally experience of working with patients with palliative care needs. Experience of group work and supervision of staff is desirable.
