Occupational Therapy Week

Promoting Occupational Therapy to the Public

Alt text Occupational Therapy week takes place from 6th - 12th November.

LOROS is supporting Occupational Therapy Week. This is an opportunity to showcase the ways in which Occupational Therapists improve the lives of patients and service users, and helps to make the health and care system more efficient. This year is particularly special for our Occupational Therapists as we’re helping to celebrate 100 years of the profession!

Our Occupational Therapy team will be out and about on LOROS Local this week. Please come and say hi, we would love to meet you. We will be out in your community on these days:

Tuesday at Castle Medical Centre Ashby, 10am - 3pm
Wednesday at Leicester General Hospital, 10am - 3pm
Thursday at Humberstone Gate in the City Centre, 10am - 3pm

If you are a patient wanting advice, or an Occupational Therapist out of practice looking to get back into work, or maybe an Occupational Therapy student wanting to gain experience, then please call (0116) 231 8443 or email katejackson@loros.co.uk
