This iconic 192-mile walk was the brainchild of Alfred Wainwright, and sees us travel all the way from St Bees in Cumbria to the other side of the country in Robin Hood’s Bay; passing through some of the most spectacular areas of the UK.

Throughout the walk, we are fully supported by a team of leaders and a minibus support vehicle to carry your main luggage each day. We also run a number of training walks during the year to help you get ready for the trek and be the fittest you can be.

Adrian Walker, Senior Fundraiser & Community Events Lead at LOROS has completed many challenging treks in the UK, he said: "The Coast to Coast Walk is a fabulous challenge and not beyond most people.

"It gives participants the opportunity to get fit, learn about map and compass skills and first aid/survival tips, raise funds for a great local charity and achieve immense satisfaction in completing one of the best long distance walks available in the UK. This really is a 'must do' event in your lifetime."
