About this programme

This three-day programme provides delegates with an introduction to delivering training, providing practical guidance on facilitating and leading individual and group sessions.

Topics covered during the course include:

• Setting ground rules
• Using of icebreakers
• Creating a learning environment
• Developing training resources • Gaining and maintaining attention
• Motivating learners

Delegates of the programme will also have the opportunity to gain the City and Guilds accredited Level 2 Award for an Introduction to Trainer Skills should they choose to undertake the optional assessment at the end of the course.

Increased confidence in the move from delegate to trainer
• Awareness of how to read and react to an audience
