An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to lead the ambitious Supporter Engagement Team at LOROS.

As Supporter Engagement Lead, you will thrive on engaging with different stakeholders across the county, whether that’s local businesses, schools, rotary groups, churches or individuals undertaking fundraising on the charity's behalf. You will deliver agreed targets, across a range of engaging events, initiatives and campaigns, always ensuring that you are working in a collaborative way with colleagues across the directorate to ensure opportunities are not missed and that income potential is maximised.

Leading a team of 3 Supporter Engagement Co-ordinators, you will play a pivotal role in generating income, raising awareness and delivering LOROS’ strategic priorities, which has at its heart the need to embed first class supporter experience.

No one day will be the same – but it is guaranteed to be varied, busy and hugely rewarding. To succeed in this role you must have proven experience of leadership, target driven development and face-to-face fundraising.
