Job description

Registered Nursing Associates - £21,892 to £24,157 per annum (pro-rata for part time hours). Full time/Part-time hours (Minimum hours considered 22.5 hours per week) worked over a varied shift pattern early/late/night shift or 12 hour shift patterns including weekends and Bank Holidays. Current NHS pension members can continue in the scheme under LOROS’ direction body status and NHS service will be taken into consideration in relation to annual leave entitlement

LOROS has a 31 bedded In – Patient ward and we are currently recruiting Registered Nurses / Nursing Associates to join our special team. Working as part of a skilled multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivery high quality individualised patient and family care.

The successful applicants will be required to demonstrate an understanding of caring for patients with life limiting illnesses. You should have excellent communication skills and be motivated and passionate about working in a palliative care setting. You must have already completed your preceptorship if you are newly qualified.

You should also be able to demonstrate evidence of professional development and we will continue to provide support and excellent training and development opportunities.
