Job description

Up to 9 month fixed term contract . 37.5 hours per week (part time hours considered).Salary £26,963 to £31,121 per annum (depending on experience)

Current NHS pension scheme members can continue in the scheme under LOROS’ direction body status and NHS service will be taken into consideration in relation to annual leave entitlement

Do you want a new and exciting challenge? Do you have an interest in palliative care? We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about making a difference to the quality of life of patients with terminal conditions.

You will be working within our Inpatient, Day Therapy and Out-Patient areas, providing specialist physiotherapeutic assessment and intervention alongside LOROS’ Multi-Disciplinary Team. You will be joining the team at a very exciting time having recently moved into a fantastic new area designed to support patient rehabilitation.

To be considered for this post you will possess a Physiotherapy degree or equivalent and be registered with the HCPC. You will have significant post registration experience, ideally working with patients with palliative care needs. You will be innovative and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work alongside clinical colleagues as well as patients, their family and carers.
