LOROS Lottery Fundraiser Flexible part-time hours across days, evenings and weekends Circa £18,525 per annum FTE plus commission, bonus, expenses and training opportunities
You will be required to work throughout Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland at a variety of fundraising events, summer fairs, Christmas markets, county shows, wedding fayres and venues. You will be the face of LOROS Lotteries, recruiting new players to the LOROS Lottery and promoting our seasonal raffles and scratch cards. You will also have the opportunity to research and develop new areas of growth, such as corporate opportunities and new venue prospects.
This role will also involve occasional Door-to-Door promotion, leaflet distribution, telecanvassing and cash collections, as and when required.
This position would suit a confident and self-motivated individual, with a compassionate and caring nature. You may have a background in sales, a passion and flare for fundraising, or an interest in the charity sector. If so, we need you in our team.
Due the nature of the role, transport is required as some locations may not be accessible by public transport.
The LOROS Lottery is a vital source of income for the Hospice. It may only cost £1, but together, it makes a huge difference and supports our patient care. Every year LOROS cares for over 2,500 terminally ill patients, their families and carers. LOROS means so much to so many people, and that’s why we need people like you to help us thrive into the future.
