Sign up for a once-in-a-lifetime experience on one of our two dedicated Skydive days for LOROS Hospice this year. Whether you’re jumping in memory of a loved one, challenging yourself to do something you’ve never done before, or just want to experience the thrill of falling back to Earth at speeds of over 120mph… Skydiving is definitely for you!

Get out of your comfort zone and board a plane at Sibson Aerodrome before climbing steadily way above the clouds to an incredible 13,000ft above the planet. Clamber your way to the plane’s door… lean out… and you’re off! Free falling at speeds of over 120mph guarantees an experience you will never forget before your parachute suddenly opens and you can enjoy wonderful views like no other as you glide back down to solid ground.

Our tandem skydives are run by UK Parachuting whose instructors have undertaken thousands of jumps over the years! You will be incredibly safe hands and everything you need to know will be covered off in a safety briefing on the day.

Booking a jump for LOROS Hospice costs an initial £50 registration, after which we ask each jumper to pledge to raise £400 for LOROS. The charity will cover the remaining cost of your jump (£180).

LOROS will help you as much as we can throughout your fundraising journey, giving you access to items like buckets/collection tins if you need them, as well as a LOROS t-shirt to wear on the day for your jump if you wish.

The minimum age limit for jumping is 16 with parental consent. A maximum weight limit of 15.7 stones also applies. All skydivers will need to fill out a medical self-certification form before jumping.
